If you've ever dreamed of the perfect vacation in the perfect house, "Firefly" is your dream come true! This 7,000 sqft oceanfront home is located on over an acre of land on the coveted south end of Isle of Palms which creates a true sense of privacy. It comfortably sleeps 28 guests and has 10 bedrooms total with 5 being oceanfront. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms to ensure comfort and luxury for all guests. There are expansive decks on multiple levels of the home as well as a heated pool and private boardwalk to the beach. All areas of the home are easily accessible by elevator.

The first floor offers an expansive open and light-filled living area, dining areas, and spacious kitchen all with panoramic ocean views. The kitchen is a chef's dream that includes marble counters, 2 wall ovens, 2 dishwashers, a Viking 5-burner gas cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, an ice maker, a wine cooler, and an additional pantry refrigerator. There are two large islands to ensure plenty of counter space as well as 6 counter stools. The main living area features 3 comfortable sofas, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, huge 75” flat panel smart TV, surround sound, and a spectacular view of the ocean. The dual dining areas feature two large tables, one with 10 chairs, and the other with 8. The large back deck has plenty of rocking chairs and is a favorite spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail!
Six guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of these bedrooms feature fantastic ocean views! Both bedrooms have a King Bed, an additional twin pull-out sleeper, and private baths with a tub/shower combo. Each has a TV, wood floors, and private access to the first-floor ocean-side porch. Two more guest bedrooms have a queen bed, wood floors, and private bathrooms with tub/shower combos. The last two guest bedrooms on this floor have one king bed and one queen bed, the king bedroom features a double-size sleeper sofa. TVs, wood floors, private baths with tub/shower combos, and private access to the front-facing covered porch are also grand features of this home. On the first floor is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, cabinets and a pantry with a refrigerator.

The second floor adds the convenience and benefit of a second large, separate living area with plenty of sofa and chair seating, a game table with 6 chairs, large flat panel TV, Roku, stereo, double sleeper sofa, and access to 2 balconies. There is also a kitchenette with a microwave and a full-size refrigerator. There are 3 oceanside bedrooms on this floor including two primary suites. The suites feature king beds, spectacular ocean views, TVs, wood floors, access to the second-floor ocean-facing porch with seating and private bathrooms with corner Jacuzzi jetted tubs and walk-in showers. The third oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, TV, private access to the second-floor ocean-facing porch, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Rounding out the second floor is a king bedroom, a double sleeper, access to a private balcony, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer to service this floor.
The elevator accesses both living floors and the ground level.
Enjoy the ease of outdoor entertaining, poolside, with a dining table, multiple loungers and chairs, a gas grill, and a ping pong table. Relax poolside, even in the colder months by adding heat for $600 wk plus tax & fees. The pool heat may reach 20-25 degrees above the coldest nightly temperature. We do not guarantee adding pool heat will get the pool to a swimmable temperature in the winter season!

Fabulous House
The property was exactly as described. The view was amazing. We had trouble with the pool not being heated by the manager sent someone to repair and it was fixed by the end of the week. There is lots to do around the area. We may come when it's a little warmer next time. Overall great house and location.

Long Weekend at Firefly
The property is at a great location. A short walk to the beach; however, it looked a bit dangerous to swim in but there is a nice pool. The house is huge and can fit large groups the 3 refrigerators came in handy. Kitchen space is ample and there is a second, smaller kitchen upstairs. The audio system should come with instructions. Very close to grocery stores, a butcher and a fish monger; however the prices are very high. One note, it is a shame that house guests don't take better care of the house they are renting. There were many spots on the stone countertop that clearly had a hot pot or pan placed on them. ALso the VRBO and other feed associated with this property were very high. They were as advertised but still high. Also the instructions for taking out the garbage need to be revised. They give two options depending on the location in Isle of Palms. A renter will not know which set to follow. Overall, though, a great house that is very spacious and comfortable. We had a very nice 4 days.

Family Reunion
Twenty four of us descended on 110 Ocean BLVD, Isle of Palms, for a first ever family reunion. The house (10 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms) was perfect. We cooked and ate family meals everynight in the exceptionally appointed kitchen with two of everything. The recently renovated heated pool and pool deck was enjoyed by everyone. The short (30 seconds) walk to the beach made access so easy for swimming, walking and a little surfing. All in all it was an awesome reunion made possible by an awesome house that had everything you could want.

Fantastic Fall Family Fun in Firefly
Our stay in Firefly on the Isle if Palms was really perfect. Since Ian blew right past, we were able to reunion with our 90-year old mothers, our three children and their nine children and some brothers...and everyone had a beautiful room and plenty of space. The house is in great condition with elegant features, stylish furnishings, play-space everywhere and tons of cooking and serving equipment! The pool is beautiful and was warm enough on chilly mornings to entice the kids in and let them swim for long periods. The beach gave us lots of shelling, tidal pools for play and the dolphins thrilled us with their fishing skills on the point. Each sunrise and sunset was more beautiful than the previous day’s. We loved the entire place and the staff was quick and attentive to the few needs we had. Thank you East Island!

Beach Family Vacation 2022
This was our first family vacation for 15 people from all over the US. A grandson is in the Airforce in Charleston and that is how we picked the location. We love the water and the views from the house are amazing. We saw dolphins every morning from the beach on our walk by the bridge. The pool was so nice and warm. If you go in March, I would highly recommend getting it heated. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table a lot. We used the lounge upstairs for card/dice games at night. The kitchen was unbelievable! Each bedroom had it's own ensuite which was absolutely amazing. Luxury vacation for sure. Only downside was the weather! If we needed anything,sent a text & it was taken care of right away! Even got to go to Joe Nichols concert at the Windjammer up the beach!! Lots of great memories made for sure! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Isle of Palms vacation
Great house for a big group with a great location. East Islands Rentals was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Due to a bad thunderstorm, the elevator and spare fridge were out of commission. They gave us dry ice to put in the fridge until a new one could be delivered and worked diligently to get the elevator repaired. We will be back next year!

Awesome Location
110 Ocean Blvd is fantastic Our family reunion or 27 fit very nicely in the home. Plenty of parking, large rooms, multiple washer/dryers -- it was great. The pool in the backyard was used frequently. BUT -- the view of the ocean!!!! Wow. This home is right on the beach with a private walkway over the dunes and to that wonderful beach. We've stayed in this house in the past and will in the future.

Great vacation spot!
We filled the house with family from all over the country and had a fantastic beach week! Even though it was unseasonably warm, the pool and the house provided a repose for those who looked for something other than the beautiful beach. The sand bars provide beautiful waves during high tide and the low tide pools invite the little ones to build sand castles. We’ll be back again next year!

Amazing Family Getaway
We rented 110 Ocean for my family to celebrate our wedding and March birthdays. The 10 bedrooms was perfect and everyone loved having their own bathroom. The property is amazing! It was just as described and more. The decor was beachy and relaxing. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. We even hired a personal chef and staff one evening and they had no problem cooking in this beautiful kitchen.
The view will take your breath away! We loved being right on the beach and even had the pool heated for our cool March temps.
The elevator was a godsend getting luggage up and down with ease.
Everyone said their beds were comfortable and they had an amazing time. It is one of the most stunning homes we have rented and will be back for certain.

The beach house at 110 Ocean Blvd. was perfect for our group of 10 couples. The additional den/entertainment space provided a 'conference space' for several who had conference calls or other work related activities. The access to the beach is/was fabulous and I believe everyone walked the beach almost daily. The house is beautiful and was able to accommodate our group cooking many meals and having morning coffee on the main balcony. The view of the ocean from the main floor and upper level is amazing. I would highly recommend this property for a large group or family.

Retreat heaven
Our Montessori board of directors so enjoyed this house for our working retreat. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for many hands to cook at once.The common rooms were large enough to spread out! Everyone appreciated having their own bed/bath space and of course the location to the beach was ideal for solitude moments! It really could not have been any better. Loved all the parking space for our multi cars too!

110 Ocean
The house is very large and arrangement of bedrooms was very accommodating to multiple families. the upstairs living area was a great place for the kids to hang out, separate from the main living space. The house was clean, décor was pretty. Beach was great, kids had so much fun venturing out onto the sandbar. Some of the bathtubs were in need of some TLC, but overall everything was great. We ran out of propane one evening and the management company quickly responded with a new one. The pool was clean and serviced during our week. We rented mid August and it was VERY hot. Would be great to have a restroom on the pool level....overall we loved it and would come back!

Another week in Pure Bliss!
Our group of 10 to 14 close girlfriends, who summer together in Highlands, NC, take a late winter trip. We gather from NC, SC, GA, FL and TN to catch up, rest, play cards, shop and eat great food! This was our 4th year on Isle of Palms in the fabulous oceanfront home "Sunbeam" and we now plan neverto go anywhere else! With 10 spaciois bedrooms, 10 full and 2 half baths, huge living spaces, 10+ televisions, super kitchen, big porches and heated pool, why would we go anywhere else! FIVE BIG STARS

110 Ocean Boulevard
Wonderful - the house was perfect for our family reunion and celebration of the 90th birthday. The elevator made it accessible for a relative with Parkinson's so everyone could participate.

Perfect Home For a Large Group!
This home far exceeded our expectations for 17 women getting together to celebrate our life-long friendships and turning 60 years old. We all graduated from New Albany HS in New Albany, IN and reunited from Indiana, California, Florida, Arizona and Illinois. From the 10 bedrooms which had their own private baths to the spaciousness of the living areas, this house gave us just what we wanted. We enjoyed the beach, the private pool, and the overall beauty of the views from the porches. Even after Hurricane Matthew the week before, the house, boardwalk and beach weathered the storm. The staff at East Island Rentals were fabulous. They were friendly, professional and handled one minor issue within a few hours. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place for a large family or group to get away to relax and have fun.

GREAT VACATION RENTAL - PERFECT FOR REUNIONS
This home was PERFECT! We rented it and one other for a reunion weekend. The oceanfront location was beautiful. This house is very close to the inlet however, so expect strong currents and rip tides. There was plenty of beach especially during low tide, which made for great long walks. A wonderful home... would highly recommend!

Family Trip
This house worked so well for our large family. We had 18 people under one roof. Had never attempted that before and it went beautifully. The fact that everyone had their own room and bathroom was the best. And having a pool as well as the beach to hang out gave everyone some variety.

Amazing Weekend We Can't Wait to Repeat!!
Who knew 28 gals in one home could feel cozy and at home instantly?! We never felt like we were stepping on each other and the house is so well kept we felt like we walked into mom's house. The location is perfect, Tammy and East Island Rentals made the process seamless and we will certainly rent this property each year for our big race!!

Cousin's Reunion Week
Gorgeous house with space for all. Lovely bedrooms; great open kitchen, dining, and living space. Need some appliance repairs (dishwasher, ice makers, dryer)and exterior lighting for safety at steps and around the pool. Well supplied kitchen, lots of decks and places to sit. Great Family Reunion for 28 people
We had a wonderful family reunion on the Isle of Palm. We loved being on the ocean and having a pool as well. The home has so many wonderful features. Having 10 bedrooms and 10 baths was a plus. We had a range of ages from 96 down to a one year old and all were happy to be there. There was something for everyone. We spent a day in Charleston, but mostly just had a great family time at the house. The house was clean and the views were beautiful. Thank you for a once in a lifetime vacation. There are very few homes in the US that hold 28 people and have water nearby. There were a few minor appliance issues but overall we were very content. Thanks again for a great memory for our family.

Beautiful House
We had a family reunion with 16 members. The house was set up great for that, with plenty of room to spread out and areas for different age groups to spend time together. The porches and seating on them were spacious as well. While the pool was beautiful (as well with plenty of seating, lounge chairs), it was difficult to stay there because very little wind comes down in that area. There's nothing I'd expect anyone to do about that though. The beach, being near a river outlet, proved difficult as well because of the many sand bars during low tide. We were there mid-July, and I expect it would be hot, but these are things to consider with small children.
The house was beautifully decorated and had more than we could imagine as far as kitchen needs. It would have been helpful to have a second refrigerator on the main floor, although there was a second one in the media room upstairs. The wi-fi signal was very poor in most of the house, and non-existent on the porches. Those are the only concerns that could be improved on by the owner or rental agency.
Overall, this was a wonderful house and we hope to be able to rent it again next summer.

Fabulous Family Reunion
We had a wonderful time because this home had enough bedrooms and baths for all 18 of us as well as a huge kitchen to make all of Thanksgiving dinner as well as celebrating birthdays. When elevator broke, East Islands Rental sent someone to fix it right away.

FABULOUS
This house is a wow, so beautiful, neat, clean, lovely furniture, new bathrooms, modern kitchen, wonderful pool and a drop dead view of the ocean. We were 9 couples and everyone that walked in the house was blown away. East Island Rental was very attentive and great to work with. A perfect 10 vacation!
