Spacious and lovely, the first floor boasts an amazing open great room with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Spectacular ocean views await you from the comfortable living room complete with an entertainment system of Direct TV/HBO/Sonos, 55” Samsung LED HDTV, Blu-Ray player, as well as a 40" flat panel TV with Blu-Ray player. It provides the perfect setup for watching your favorite sports team. For a quieter moment, relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite beverage from the granite top wet bar with Sub Zero mini fridge.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite Lowcountry meal. Along with granite countertops and a center prep island, the state-of-the-art stainless appliances include a Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, Professional Wolf 6 burner 36 " gas range, separate Wolf convection oven with warming drawer, Wolf microwave, dishwasher, and Subzero icemaker. The dining room provides seating for 12 and the kitchen island seats an additional 4.

A Primary Bedroom Suite occupies one of the 2 bedrooms on the first floor with beautiful ocean views, a king-size bed, and a spa-like Primary Bath with a luxurious Soaking tub and large walk-in shower. To top it off, you have private access to the pool and spa area for that midnight dip. The guest bedroom on this floor features a King bed and a private full bath with tub/shower. A conveniently located laundry room and powder room round out the remaining rooms on the first floor.

The Best Part of the entire first floor may be the outdoor living space. While enjoying a dip in the pool or spa (additional fee for heat) you will look out beyond the perfectly manicured resort-like backyard and take in the unobstructed ocean views. You'll be able to soak up the sun or enjoy the shade while floating in the plunge pool with a swim-up bar, even with underwater stools! Cook up a fabulous lunch for your group in the outdoor kitchen with a professional grade five burner gas grill, lounge on the oversized chaise lounge chairs, or enjoy some shade at one of the two patio tables.

The second floor greets you with another Primary Bedroom Suite complete with a King bed, Twin sleeper chair, private bath with a large walk-in dual-headed shower, and access to the second-floor porch for those amazing ocean views. Three guest bedrooms have Queen beds and private baths with tub/shower. One of the oceanfront bedrooms has 2 Queen beds, a private full bath, also, a built-in, granite top wet bar, Sub Zero mini fridge, and access to the second-floor porch.

For true oceanfront living with a view, nothing can beat the 4 furnished levels of porches awaiting you at this home. In addition to the first-floor pool deck, read a book or entertain in the outdoor living room on the 2nd level deck, enjoy happy hour at the high-top table and dry bar on the 3rd level, and escape the crowds for some private sunbathing and stunning 360-degree island sunset views on the 4th level rooftop patio.

*Gas Pool & Spa Heat are an Additional Fee. In the winter months, you can expect the pool to get 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest temperature. We do not guarantee the pool temperature will be swimmable. We set the spa to 102 degrees and the pools to 82-85 degrees.

Fall Paradise
For our annual Beach Week with our family of 13, we always book through East Islands. This was a new property for us that they recommended, and it did not disappoint. It is absolutely perfect for our kids and grandkids. It's a beautiful property in an excellent location and with beautiful grounds. It is beach house made for 'beach people!' They had all the toys, chairs, and even bikes for the beach. This is now our place of choice.
I have to commend the East Island staff on their accommodation and responsiveness. They're the best. They always make me feel like a good friend.

Great house
The house was totally accommodating for our trip. Kitchen was well furnished, beds were very comfortable and house was very clean upon arrival. The staff at East Island Rentals was superb. Any issues we had, they were right on the spot to take care of them (very few minor issues). They kept us informed of weather issues (thank you Helene). Definitely looking forward to staying at this house or one of their other rentals in the future.

AS ADVERTISED - AMAZING PROPERTY
This house was all that we could have expected . We had a weeklong extended family vacation. The property was large enough to accommodate all of our guests and give us plenty of space when we wanted some downtime. The beachfront access is amazing with a beautiful walk thru the garden on your own private walkway. Plenty of amenities, amazing location and very attentive when questions were asked.

Great. Thanks!
The fan in the front bedroom seemed to be electrically tied to another outlet (perhaps in another room?). We had no control of when it would run or not even though the switch was always on. We tested all our switches and none of them affected whether off or on but it would randomly do so.

The trim around the dish washer was an issue. It came loose and prevented the door from closing.

A belt in the dryer squealed but was repaired at our request the day after it was reported.

Once again, the couches need to be shampooed more often. They are (still) stained and stinky.

Otherwise, we felt like it was cleaner than it had been in the past. The crew that cleaned for our arrival did a great job and the new set of melamine dinnerware was nice to have.

And we appreciated the landscaping being cut back a bit from the walkway - Was very overgrown last year.

The redo of the master bathroom was great.

Great get away for family visit

Another FABULOUS Week at Palm Breeze
What can we say about this house to really express how perfect it is?? Our 12th Annual girls' week has been perfect since we started staying here 3 years ago. This is the only house we have wanted to come back to each year and the only rental company who has gone above and beyond for us. The pool and hot tub and just right and in a nice location if it's a bit chilly or windy as it's close to the house to stay protected.
The elevator makes loading everything in the house a "breeze" and the same when it's time to leave.
There are 8 of us girls and the house is perfect size with plenty of bathroom space, and giving us all some space to have some quiet time when needed.
Kitchen is wonderful - open and stocked with everything you could possibly need/want.
The home is private but yet right by the beach that we can go down at anytime and not worry about anything we might need since it's a quick jaunt back to the house.
The upper level decks give the most amazing views of the sunrise and the beach.
Quick trip to the grocery store, and to several great restaurants and the marina - what more could you need/want?
I could go on and on and on - but trust me you just need to check it out for yourself.

Paradise!
This gorgeous home exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, clean, and spacious, with views and beach access that cannot be beat. A 15-20 min walk down the beach brings you to the shops and restaurants; we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the many decks, strolling the beach in the morning - seeing dolphins playing in the water - to get a morning coffee. It couldn't be easier to get to the beach; we just loaded up the cart and brought it down the boardwalk. There are 6 beach chairs available, but we had a large party so we rented beach chairs from Isle of Palms Beach Chair rental; they delivered chairs and umbrellas right to the beach, set them up, then collected them at the end of the day. Nothing to do but stroll down the boardwalk to our chairs! We did not do any cooking but the kitchen is spacious and beautiful, with a table that accommodates large parties. I would absolutely rent this house again in the future.

The Name Should Be 2916 Peaceful Palm Perfection
We have done our girls trip for 11 years now - and this house is the only house we booked back-to-back years! And - we are already booking it for our 12th. Everything about 2916 Palm is PERFECTION! The views (from ALL of the decks), the space, the kitchen has anything and everything you could want. Great bar area (which is a must for us on girls week). Excellent location. This place is even better than described. East Islands Rentals is amazing as well, call about the simplest thing (like we had some wasps building a nest) and before we knew it they had someone there. The house is always clean and fresh and the staff at East Islands is always available to help, work with you, and so friendly! Trust us - you can't go wrong when booking this house through East Islands. We love the new Pier 71 restaurant and will make that a must now also Obstinate Daughter just down the road and the Boat House are some of our faves. The location is perfect as it's close enough to anything you could need or want that you won't need to be driving all over to get anything. We had Sue Finkle hold a private Reiki class on the rooftop deck, Chef Emily made us appetizers on our arrival day and we had Dance Diva come to the house to host a dance lesson. If we aren't walking down the short boardwalk to enjoy the sunrise on the beach you'd catch us doing one of our other favorite things sitting in the hot tub in the morning and drinking our coffees and planning for the day - or just laughing about all the fun the previous day.

Our Fall Extended Family Vacation
This house was exactly what we needed for our extended family of all ages. Each BR had its private bathroom, an elevator for those whom are stairs were a challenge, and marvelous decks giving great views of the beach and beautiful sunrises! The top two decks were not accessible with the elevator, but the other two decks were. The staff were prompt and responded pleasantly to get any questions or requests we had. The weather turned much cooler than usual and management called before the day the weather was expected to change to make arrangements to ensure the gas fire place would be available if needed. The back yard is a lovely manicured and delightful to experience!

Great company to rent from
The house was super comfortable and clean. The bedroom carpets are a bit worn out and the tile showers need some grout and calk maintenance but the house over all was super clean and well maintained. The Management company was fantastic. The beach was ok, nothing special. Similar to a Texas beach.

Coming back next year
Very good. Good service from the staff. A few maintenance items popped up, not unusual for a beach house. Some small carpets should be replaced and furniture cleaned. The garage area, downstairs ice maker, the walkway to the beach, the gazebo, the pool are all worth their weight in gold.

Quick with repairs!
We have stayed at this house for two years and it was lovely both times. This year the pool had an issue and emptied completely! We assumed the pool was done for the week but they were able to get it repaired and working fully for use within 24 hours. The accommodations are very nice and the kitchen is fully stocked for day to day cooking. Highly recommend.

Spring break retreat
We had a delightful week in IOP at this spectacular home. The pictures online cannot do this house, and spectacular views justice-simply breathtaking! We did have some issues with the pool/spa; however, the rental agency provided a prompt and efficient response.

This home, and East Island Rentals, were more than expected. This is the most well stocked home I have stayed in on IOP/Sullivan's. We never ran out of glasses, dishes, utensils. Every kitchen item you would want. We loved the Sonos speaker system throughout the house. Such a relaxing weekend. Everything is as pictured, usually better than the pics! The beds are very comfortable and all the rooms were spacious. East Island rentals was very responsive to any inquiries and pleasant to communicate with.

More than satisfactory
1. Hot tub did not operate as expected and there were no instructions.
2. Dishwasher is a bit crooked and hard to close. The dish separators appear to be installed incorrectly which makes it difficult to load.
3. Ice maker in the garage is great! But the one in the kitchen does not always fully close and does not keep up with even modest demand.

Wonderful Family Vacation at 2916 Palm Boulevard!
We had a wonderful family vacation at 2916 Palm Boulevard. We loved the home! Sunrises every day on the Crow's nest and many hours spent in the hot tub & pool by our 6 year old Granddaughter & her Mimi while her 7 week old sister slept in the adjoining master. Home was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had every possible thing needed to cook in. Yard was gorgeous and my daughter said it reminded her of Hawaii. We would rent the home again.

Experience Perfection
From booking onward the East Islands staff was attentive, conscientious, and very effective in contributing to and doing the best I've seen in ensuring a perfect experience. The property is spacious, tastefully appointed, situated on the widest, cleanest, and least crowded stretch of the IOP beach. It has everything and every switch is marked along with easy to read and follow instructions. The deck pool was the ideal size for us and the heated spa was used from early in the morning until late at night. The spacious en suite bathrooms (vanities, tub, shower, etc.) for most of the bedrooms and the three big bedrooms oceanside opening to the Ocean Breeze decks are stunning. Plenty of room for gathering on the four levels of decks or in the living and dining area with wet bars, mini-fridges, and TVs everywhere. The garage alone holds 4 or 5 cars. One has to experience the manicured cloister of vibrant, healthy native trees, shrubs, songbirds and flowers between the house and the beach while strolling the raised and railed epe walkway to the private and large sand-side gazebo. An elevator makes loading and unloading painless. Forgot a martini glass, need to fill an ice bucket or a cooler, want a plastic wine glass for the spa, want to play a board game or ping pong, need a beach chair? It's all provided. We'll be back, but this particular property books up quickly so plan ahead. Five Stars is an understatement.

Wedding Casa
Stayed in this beautiful property for my daughters wedding. Room for all family, elevator for the grandmother of the bride, ready room upstairs with its own wet bar and fridge for hair and makeup, grounds so beautiful we took family photos in back yard. Splash pool and hot tub were wonderful as it was sunny but a little windy for the beach. Stayed for a few days to unwound after wedding. House has everything, even a hotel type ice machine for keeping coolers going!! View from top deck is spectacular, highest around! Plenty of parking room as well.

Wonderful stay during COVID19
We stayed here for a month during the shut down. The property is perfect for families and each room is very comfortable. The ocean front location is perfect and enjoyed looking across the garden to the water. The main deck is off the 1st floor, which makes sense and the kids loved the pool. The grill worked perfectly. The management company is excellent.

Multigenerational family vacation
Wonderful family vacation with ages ranging from great grandparents in their 80’s to newborns. House was beautiful. Paying extra for heated pool was key for us and worth the extra money. The kids were in the pool at 8 am and then often for night time fun. Easy car ride to Charleston, the Plantations and gardens.
We would love to go back!!!!

Family Vacation at Isle of Palms
We have stayed in many fabulous vacation rentals over the years. The consensus from our group was that Palm Breeze was one of the best ever. Great location. Very spacious. Palm Breeze - Perfect for Family Vacation
What a beautiful home. Nicely appointed with all you would need for a beach vacation. Home is gorgeous and with thoughtful decor. Three large masters have enough room for all. We loved the roof top deck and also the hot tub for viewing the stars at night.

Beautiful home with Deck pool and easy beach access
We had a large group meet from all over the country to stay at this house. It was very roomy and clean and we really enjoyed the pool being right off the main floor of the house. We had plenty of supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc.) and the elevator was very useful for bringing in groceries. It was so nice having all the beach supplies available (including a huge ice maker on the way to the beach) as well as the outdoor shower for a good rinse when you returned from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

Palm Breeze stay in early May
Beautiful house in a great location. The amenities in this house are first class. Beach chairs, wagons and commercial ice maker in the garage are and added plus. They have thought of everything. The elevator made it very convenient for 2 grandmas with limited mobility traveling with us.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful week at the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely rental home. The house was so well equipped that we lacked nothing from the kitchen to the beach chairs and wagons. The view is spectacular especially from the third floor balcony. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Outstanding in every way!
The home provided us with THE perfect vacation and family wedding. Two families shared the space and it was a joy in every way. Spacious, clean, well organized, lots of special features such as wonderful sound system, beach chairs, ice makers and outdoor kitchen. The second floor "BONUS" room was the perfect place for my daughter to dress and primp before her wedding. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and provided a gorgeous backdrop for wedding photos. I can't think of a single thing we didn't have except more time to stay and enjoy.

2015 Bauman IOP Beach Vacation

Wonderful house! Wonderful vacation!
We stayed in the 2916 Palm Blvd. house for a week in May. It couldn't have been a more enjoyable week. Our whole family was there (11 of us), and everyone concurred that it is the best place we've stayed on Isle of Palms. It was also the cleanest house we've stayed in. There were several issues we reported to the management--a broken blender, an ironing board that wouldn't stay up, a towel rack that fell off due to a missing screw. We called about these right away, and there was someone out to fix them or replace them the same day. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and were in pristine condition all the way to the dunes.

Great Stay!
We had 12 people in the house and it was a perfect amount of space for us. The deck and pool were fabulous and the kitchen was much more than needed. We ate together at the large table and enjoyed wine on the roof deck every night.

Best Beach House Ever!
We stayed in 2916 Palm Blvd with our wedding party leading up to our wedding and I could not have imagined a better place to stay. We went directly from the house to a 5-star hotel for our honeymoon and it absolutely paled in comparison. The private walkway down to the beach was so incredibly dreamy and we spent many days just going from the beach to the pool and back again! Every little detail was just perfect. I could not recommend this house enough.

Awesome Property and Fantastic Week
Fabulous house with everything you could want in a beach vacation rental. Boardwalk to the beach and Gazebo were wonderful. Pool and SPA just right. Plenty of space, great kitchen. Loved the ice machines and smaller fridges in other parts of the house. Beach chairs provided were great. Enjoyed the decks and the roof top deck. A "10" rating from the entire family.

Over The Top Fantastic Vacation
The house was beyond any dream. This was our first family reunion and there was always something for everyone to do. The landscaping and boardwalk to the beach were beautiful. Taking pictures of the Super Moon from the very top 4th deck was spectacular Being right on the beach plus having our own pool was just more than I could wish for. It was obvious the owner of this rental knows what pure luxury means. It is difficult now to adjust back to life as it was. So glad we found this place for our reunion.

Amazing landscape
We truly were amazed at the beautiful yard and the house. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool, but it was a small for our family of 16 people. We found the street in front of the home to be very busy and it was hard to get on the road at times. Overall we had a truly blessed time and greatly enjoyed the home.

friends share time together
Six couples who have been meeting for numerous years to enjoy time together were pleased to spend time at this lovely home. We enjoy cooking, eating, drinking, and playing cards and joker. This home provided ample opportunity to do so. The kitchen supplies left us wanting for nothing. Never have we stayed in a vacation rental that was so well equipped. It was a wonderful experience and the home was very well appointed with lovely décor and excellent living conditions. The rental service was very prompt in giving us information and assistance when needed. A great time was had by all!
