If you are looking for luxury, "Attitude Adjustment" a beautifully decorated home in the Isle of Palms, is for you. This custom, elevated home was built with attention to every detail.
Six large bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms give everyone in your group the space for a great vacation. The primary features a king bed, is on the first floor with access to the wrap-around deck overlooking the pool and backyard. The newly updated primary bathroom has an oversized clawfoot tub and a large separate shower. The other King bedroom also opens up to the wrap-around porch using another recently updated bathroom with full shower in the hall. On the first floor two bedrooms, one with two doubles and one with a queen, share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
The reverse open floor plan highlights a large great room, dining room and kitchen, featuring loft ceilings and access to the second-floor wrap-around porch, also overlooking the pool and backyard. The Chef's kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals while still being part of the fun. The kitchen includes a stand-alone wine cooler and a stand-alone ice maker and boasts two dishwashers. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one queen and one with two twins, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Both wraparound porches have comfortable seating and dining tables for your convenience. The top porch has a circular staircase that winds up to the rooftop crow's nest. There is room for sunbathing and a covered area with a wet bar and fridge. The panoramic ocean view from this area is breathtaking; a great place to have that evening cocktail.
The L-shaped pool is partially in the sun and part in the shade for those hot summer days. For the cooler days, the pool is heatable at an extra fee. There are lounge chairs for the pool area and a table and chairs for the grill area in the backyard.
A vacationer's dream with its well-planned amenities, this house has a 3-floor elevator, conveniently accessing the garage to both living floors; TV's in all bedrooms, a tank-less water heater for on-demand hot water, a washer and dryer, and the reverse floor plan great room with walls of windows.

The Pool can be heated for $500 plus tax & fees per week. We heat our pools to 85 degrees. Pools will get 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest temperature. Adding Pool Heat does not guarantee the pool will be warm enough to swim in during the colder seasons.

Beatiful Home in a Great Location
This was our first visit to Isle of Palms, and we had a wonderful time. There was more than enough space for 9 adults. Home was clean and a short walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart, which made it very easy and fun to get around, including going to the nearby grocery store and restaurants. Elevator was invaluable for Grandpa. Doors on main level can be a challenge, but once you learn to lift the handle on both double doors to lock them, not just one as the notice indicated, it's less frustrating. We had one issue with the air conditioning, but we got a quick response and resolution. The main floor has an open kitchen and family room area. It was great for watching sports, game night, and simply relaxing. Kitchen has plenty of equipment and space for family dining. Overall, a great family vacation; we would absolutely return.

This is a great house for large families. Great large spaces and bedrooms. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would want. We loved the large sectional that let everyone sit around huge big screen tv together. Only a short walk to beach. Wrap around decks with plenty of sitting area and great breeze from ocean.

Excellent Girls Trip
This house is absolutely amazing for a large group. We took a girls trip and had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for 12 people. The kitchen, dining and living room space is perfect for large groups to gather. We had ample kitchen amenities to cook in when needed. The rental agency was also very quick to respond to any questions.

Amazing stay!
This is the perfect family beach house! We traveled with our 9 mo daughter and extended family and this house was perfect!!! Everyone had the best time just one block from beach access. Beautiful Home
The place was beautiful, the Grill did not work well though. Also with check in time at 4:00 pm and and check out time of 10:00 am (But in our case check out time was 9:00 am due to Spring forward time change) With that many guests it was really hard to get everyone packed and clean the place and be out the door at 9:00 AM after a family wedding

Family Vacation 2022
Our family of 14 enjoyed the vacation rental immensely. There was plenty of room for everyone. We shared cooking responsibilities and were pleased with how well the kitchen was equipped. The pool was a nice feature and we had a reasonable walk to the beach. We were actually glad to not be located on the main thoroughfare. The rental managers were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The house was beautiful. Wonderful week together!

Relaxing Getaway
Our stay at 3706 was wonderful. The house is just as pictured with a very relaxing and spacious feel. Great location for wandering around Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Mount Pleasant and Charleston. On top of is truly only a 2-minute walk to the beach. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful House!
We had an amazing stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was especially great for the private chef we had come to cook us all dinner one night! We had a cocktail hour beforehand up on the top deck, and the views of the ocean and sunset up there were incredible. The quick walk to the beautiful beach was easy too. If you have a big group I would highly recommend this house.

Retirement celebration getaway

Great week at the beach!
We had our extended family for an end of summer vacation, and could not have been happier with the location or amenities in the house! Such a close walk to the beach, but off the main street. There was plenty of space of everyone to spread out, but also lots of room to all be together if desired. We had a couple small issues when we were there, and the management company was extremely responsive! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great vacation -- a nice break from covid
When we first arrived, I was a little concerned because the garbage was overflowing in the bins outside, and the grill was not working -- however, we found the rental team to be extremely responsive to a phone call and the rest of the week was smooth sailing. The location was terrific, with an easy access to the beach, and it was great to have a pool for those days when the sun was to much for the toddler in our group.

Good week on Isle of Palms
Family of 10 had a great stay. The only issue was the elevator. My wife has bilateral knee and hip implants and this house was chosen in part because of the elevator. It went off line several times and maintenance had to be called. Very rapid response to my calls. Each time circuit breaker had to be reset. I suggest a much more through instruction on its use and sensitivity

The elevator is a wonderful additional to this home, most companies either charge an additional fee to use it or don't allow usage at all because of misuse. It is true, residential elevators are sensitive and if you open the gate before it has leveled on the floor, the elevator will go into a protective mode and have to be reset. A Nice Oasis
Really enjoyed our week away on Isle of Palms! This home made walking to the beach for our morning and nightly beach walks super convenient. The home is spacious and has a great 'vacation' feeling, especially on the second level!

We were floored with this house. The location was perfect— we didn’t know how close Isle of Palms was to Mount Pleasant and Charleston and were so pleased with the island feel. Beautiful house, perfect for a weekend with friends
We loved staying at Attitude Adjustment! The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, and plenty of living space for us to enjoy. We heated the pool while there and on the first day it wasn’t super warm, but after that it was nearly a hot tub and SO nice. Would love to see more wine glasses in the kitchen and also would love to be able to adjust the thermostat below 72. Also, super close to the beach which was great!

Super place for a large family get together.

The open upstairs great room allowed us to spend lots of time together. The kitchen was large enough to cook for 10 and the dinning room table accommodated all of us. Our week was extremely hot so the pool was a great alternative to the hot beach. I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed the home. The place was so perfect we had no issues. We would definitely stay at this house again and recommend it to anyone who wanted a home for a large group.

The Perfect House!

Great place for many families

Pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach which is easy walking distance. Grill was full of gas and worked well. House is large, upscale and very clean. Elevator works great for loading/unloading. Room under for covered parking. Easy to sweep hardwoods everywhere. Many outside faucets for washing the sand off. Recommend to bring your own beach chairs and toys. Some puzzles and family games in the den. Internet worked flawlessly. Bring bug spray if in the summer months. Would definitely stay here again.
