Looking for an Oceanfront Charmer for your next vacation? This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is as spectacular on the inside as the ocean view is from the outside. A comfortable and stylish family retreat with the beautiful Isle of Palms white sand beach at your doorstep.
From hardwood floors to the beautiful decor, no detail has been overlooked. Large windows allow for oceanfront views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and the 3rd-floor widow walk.
The first floor is home to the kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, laundry room, and primary suite. The kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar with seating, a side-by-side fridge, double ovens, a microwave, an electric cooktop, and a dishwasher. It opens to the dining room which features a table for 8 plus fantastic ocean views. The living room boasts a cathedral ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows. What a view! The living room has new, comfortable furniture. An entertainment system includes a TV/Blu-Ray DVD and Stereo. There is a half bath located off the foyer. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.
The primary suite features a King bed, ocean views, TV, and private access to the ocean-facing porch. The private primary bath has been completely renovated and boasts a large, tiled shower with a hand-held shower head, new double vanities, and tile floors!
The second floor consists of 2 guest bedrooms separated by an open walkway overlooking the living room and ocean beyond. Each bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a large Jack & Jill bath with tub/shower combo and double sink vanity. One guest bedroom has a TV while the other has a rocker in a side sitting area.
The third floor is an amazing glassed-in rooftop widow's walk with a cozy Twin sofa sleeper. This is a lovely spot to watch the sunrise and sunset each day. Step out onto the 360-degree widow walk to take in the vista that awaits you!
There is a large, open sun porch facing the ocean on the back of the house with new porch furniture which wraps around to the side of the home, including primary bedroom access. A private boardwalk leads you to the dunes and beach beyond.

Please Note: When checking availability and pricing enter arrival & departure dates, 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday rentals in the mid-spring, summer, and early fall. In lieu of A $3000 security deposit, we offer a Damage Protection Policy to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay. The cost is $79 plus taxes& fees. The house was great, one of the best we have rented. It was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions but quiet and the beach was not crowded.
We would definitely rent again.

1. Called the rental office and they said that "starter" paper was provided but we had to buy the rest. Come on - for what we paid for the house we didn't expect to have to buy toilet paper.
2. Getting over the dune to the beach is a bit problematic - it would be nice if the wood walk could be extended to the beach like the other nearby units.
We'll be back again in the future

We really appreciated the linen service and the extra supplies of bath towels that were provided. Little things like providing beach towels and enough beach chairs for our family were icing on the cake. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook many fantastic meals while we were there. The porch furniture was comfortable and we spent many hours relaxing and reading while also enjoying the wind and waves. I would have liked it if the two porch areas also had overhead fans for the days when it was very hot and humid. Overall we had a great week and look forward to returning to 712 Ocean Blvd.!
