Two full, 1st and 2nd story, oceanfront porches create unobstructed views that can’t be beaten! Comfortable and fun colored pollywood for your ease of enjoyment on both decks and poolside. A pool with spa and full summer kitchen with a 30" gas grill, mini refrigerator, sink, and ice maker is a fantastic addition to this already beautiful home! Enjoy cocktails at the poolside bar and dinner made poolside at the ocean view outdoor dining table.

Relax to the sound of waves and seagulls or enjoy an alfresco meal in style. The two-story living room is open, and bright, and has plenty of comfortable seating for watching the 52” TV. If watching a crackling fire is more your speed, there is the convenience of a gas fireplace.
The kitchen is centrally located and offers a center prep island with 4 stools. The dining room, with its unbeatable ocean view, will seat 10. The Primary Bedroom on the first floor as well, features a King bed, ocean view, TV, and private access to the 1st-floor porch. The spacious Primary Bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, huge, walk-in tiled shower, and double vanity. A guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds is perfect for the children or young adults with a TV. It accesses a full hall bath with a tub /shower. The laundry is situated in the hallway and comes with full-size appliances.

The second floor offers 2 bedrooms, both with spectacular ocean views and private access to the 2nd-floor porch. One has a Queen bed and Twin Daybed with a TV and the other has a Queen bed and a Twin Daybed & Trundle and a TV. Each has its own private bath with a tub/shower.

You are conveniently just steps away from the famous Isle of Palms front beach, where the island restaurants and shops are located. This is an ideal home for small families looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation at one of the area’s premier beaches.

*This is an integrated spa, it does not remain hot 24/7 but runs on an on-demand timer system. When you decided to use the spa you turn it on for 30-60 min. prior to use then it shuts off after 2-3 hours. Directions will be available. Spa Heat is set to 102 & Pool Heat to 85 degrees, however, the pool will only heat to 20-25 degrees above the coldest outside temperature. We do not guarantee the pool will be warm enough for use during the colder season!

Great family property!
We had a great stay and really enjoyed this property. The pool and spa heaters worked perfectly when it was a little chilly, and the ping pong table was a fun activity on colder or rainy days. Our only complaint is that the wind has blown the sand dune high over the boardwalk to the beach, so there's a bit of a climb in and out of the back yard to and from the beach. I'm not sure if that can be fixed due to dune protection regulations, but if not, it's easy enough to use the public beach access that is adjacent to the property. East Islands was great to work with and even took the trouble to locate and return to us some cash that one of our family members mistakenly left at the property when we checked out. Thanks for a great rental experience!

Another fabulous week at IOP
We rented the house for our annual family vacation. We had our 2 adult children, their spouses and 1 grandchild and their was plenty of space for all. The house is beautiful and the amenities are first class. We have rented this house for many years and will be continuing next summer !!

Great Location, but
Had a great time in the house on Isle of Palms. House was in a great location, but a few issues. Outdoor kitchen nothing worked but ice maker. A free standing grill was present, looked like it was picked up on the road side, very dirty. Rental management had it cleaned same day. Pool & Spa heating was hit & miss. Spa only heated 2 days out of the week. Neither worked the first day but was promptly corrected. Kitchen poorly equipped, for 10K a week you would think it would come with more than 1 wine glass.

We do not have any record of the pool & spa having issues during your stay other than the spa having to be reset from button pushing but we are sorry to hear you didn't feel it was working. Beach Retreat
Have stayed in Ocean Paradise previously and have enjoyed its location, lay-out, furnishings, etc. The staff at East Islands Rentals has always been courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. When we had an issue, they were quick to respond. The property was clean and well-maintained. We did have a few issues with the refrigerator in the kitchen: it was missing a drawer. The top of the drawer was left in place, but not secure. Twice we had a calamity with the top of the drawer falling off the prongs in the back causing the food items to spill--almost lost a whole half gallon of orange juice. Later found the drawer in the laundry room. Also, had the dishwasher pod dispenser not flip and had to rewash a load of dishes. No big deal, but thought you might like to check these two things out. Having mentioned these things, we loved the place. Matter of fact we have rented it again for next year because of our fun times here. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. Really enjoyed the beach, pool, and ocean.

Beautiful home, great location!
We enjoyed our vacation so much here! The home is beautiful and really comfortable for our family. We spent most of our time at the pool and my almost five year old daughter learned to swim while we were here. There are a few things around the house that should be addressed, like the ants on the ground everywhere, the master bedroom air not getting quite cool, and there are quite a few missing or loose tiles around the pool. Otherwise we loved staying here and will consider it again for our next trip! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Bright, cheery and so clean!
As always, East Islands does not disappoint. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival. Wonderful views of the ocean and a very nice pool. Our young adults really enjoyed the location as they could safely walk to all the action in the evening. As older adults, we really appreciated the noise ordinance- it was fun to listen to the live music at a lower volume from our deck which ended promptly at 9:45.
The house had everything we needed; nice grill, plenty of cooking utensils and comfortable beds.
The only issue to address is the ant party happening on the pool deck. We did receive some spray to chase them away as soon as we called the office and an assurance that maintenance would address the next day.

Our family truly enjoyed this property. The description of property was accurate and it was clean and in good condition. The outdoor kitchen and pool were very nice. We enjoyed many of the local restaurants for dinner. Charleston is only 20 minutes away so we also able to enjoy the city a couple times.

This house is updated, well maintained, has a fabulous pool, it’s next to the beach and if you have a maintenance issue East Island Rentals responds quickly (our dishwasher was loose under the counter and they sent a handyman out immediately). Beach vaca
Very nice home with plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Kitchen needs to be replenished with more basic amenities such as: pot holders, dish towels, cups & glasses, pots & pans, and some basic spices for cooking.
Other than that, the stay was fantastic fun and many memories where made !

Had great time. Property was in good location. Nice house. Furnished nicely. Some porch furniture not as pictured on web site. No covering over living and dining windows on ocean side. No space in cabinets for dry food items. This could have been alleviated if glassware and serving dishes were organized better. Cookware was plentiful. Overall was a nice place to stay and have fun with family. Would stay there again. East Islands Rentals always nice to work with.

Isle of Palms Escape
This was our second year staying at Ocean Paradise. Once again, the outdoor kitchen was a hit and our son volunteered to cook all week! Loved the upgrades on the stairway and flooring. Had an issue with the WiF and TV’s which was taken care of promptly thanks to Jamie, Dee and the cable technician. Thank you for taking the time to accommodate us during the July 4th festivities. Nearly perfect
Our home had a great layout and was well equipped with plenty of blankets and kitchen equipment. The East Islands staff were helpful. Access to the beach was convenient. The only problem was that the pool and spa heat was not working and took days to repair, but kids were constantly in the water regardless. Can walk to pizza and ice cream!

70th Birthday Getaway
Planned a surprise birthday get away for my husband. Flew in our children and grandchild for the week. Location and ammentities in house were perfect! Problem with one door that lead onto porch. Rental company made us aware of the situation when we checked in. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. “Babies Away” was great for renting high chair and crib.

Great House for the money.
This was our third visit to Isle of Palms. This was our first beach house rental. The views and pool were outstanding. Some cleanliness issues but over all we were very satisfied.

Fabulous Family Vacation
Our family of six had a relaxing and enjoyable time at 900 Ocean Blvd. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area. The staff (Tammy and Jill) at East Islands Rentals were awesome. Within walking distance to many bars/restaurants. We enjoyed the home immensely!

The little black beach ants can be a nuisance, they are looking for water just like we are when the temperatures start to rise! Yes, Ocean Paradise - It's True
The house and property were as pictured - almost too perfect! Everything was clean, well-maintained and more than our family of six needed. One of our biggest problems was where to enjoy the view. The location on Isle of Palms was close to wonderful restaurants and convenient to grocery store. I cannot say enough about our time in this Ocean Paradise. It was just what we all needed and more than we expected.

Long Weekend in Isle of Palms
We spent a long weekend in this property with 5 adults and 3 young kids and had a great time. The rental company was great and worked with us to move our stay around by 1 day because of a snow storm the week before our trip. The house was stocked with all of the basic necessities and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Both porches provide a great view of the ocean and we were even able to spent a January day on the beach. We will have to come back at some point in the future to enjoy the pool.

Best ever rental!
This house has every thing you could want if you're looking for a 4bedroom rental. We have stayed here the last two years and would come back again but need a bigger place next year. The only negative is that the kitchen could be better supplied for those who like to cook in (not even a 13x9 " pan).

Perfect Family Experience
Very nice home with easy access to the beach. We rented beach umbrellas and chairs that were set up at the end of the boardwalk to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen for family meals. Also, easy walk to many restaurants. And a short drive to Sullivan's Island for fine dining restaurants.

This is One Beautiful Ocean-Front Beach House!
I've been coming to this property for 10 years with girlfriends. This year, I came with family. Watching all the improvements to the property has been amazing...pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, renovated bathrooms and 's a lovely house. And, its oceanfront location is fabulous. We've made so many memories here. We'll always be planning a return trip. We love the Isle of Palms and the fun restaurants on Sullivan's Island, like Poe's and Obstinate Daughter.

Fabulous family house
We rented Ocean Paradise for a family reunion and were delighted with the property. The new pool, spa and outdoor kitchen area were very high quality and added hugely to our enjoyment of the house. We were very satisfied with our stay and would certainly recommend the property to friends. The location is great and only a short drive into Charleston or to the airport.

8 years and still happy!

Only recommendation - add a half bath off the pool area where the shower is currently located. This would help eliminate water/sand in the house

900 Ocean blvd is a very bright and welcoming home to walk into. With its Beachy charm it draws you to the Beach with its own personal Boardwalk. For outside escape, take a plunge in one of IOP's best pools ! The outside patio and dining area are a culinary stream, which will bring out the Chef in anyone. We have a five children ourselves and my in laws that all help to join in the fun. This was our first time at 900, but we have stayed at several other EIRentals on the beach. We enjoyed ourselves so much, that we booked this one again for next year ! Great beach, walking distance to dining shopping and sightseeing. **** !

Beach Paradise
We love visiting IOP and this was our best experience yet. Excellent home, close to beach, awesome pool & outdoor kitchen. We loved the porch views! Perfect location for kids to walk for ice cream. Home was very clean and modern, including sound system. Only recommendation would be to add an outside table to main porch. We would definitely rent again.

Beach paradise
Fun beachy decor adds to the ocean front experience. The comfortably furnished decks have spectacular views and ocean sounds. The pool area with outdoor kitchen is great for entertaining, as is the ping pong table!!

Girl's Weekend getaway
We loved the location. Watching the sunrise every morning on the deck was spectacular. The girls all loved having morning coffee before we started the day. The only complaint was that there are no street lights by the house so hard to find at night in the dark.

we really like the house ..location to the beach is outstanding ..obviously we like it as we renewed for a 4th year ...we have noticed that the deck and a few places inside will need paint...the property mgt people worked with me to get renewed for next year. thought the week was unavailable they got me another week close to what i wanted .i have already recommended this place to a friend...after i got my week reserved for next year!!! thanks

location, location, location!
We have rented houses with East Islands Rentals before and all of them have been fabulous. This house is in a perfect location,and the floor plan flow is wonderful! The upstairs showers in bathrooms could be bigger, but the downstairs master is awesome.

Lovely Island Home
The house was as described - big open rooms, perfect for family gatherings. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and table ware. One of the best features was the large covered porch. The beach in front of the house is beautiful with soft sand behind dunes. Up the beach by the pier it is quite crowded, but in front of this house it is quiet with a few families. The island is quiet with no large hotels, but close enough to go to Charleston for the market, aquarium, and parks. We brought bikes and kayaks and were able to use them there in the bay. Overall, it was a perfect place to spend a week with our extended family.
